Shipping policy

All anude orders are shipped using a fully tracked service. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email upon dispatch of goods and will be able to track their orders using the tracking service on our website. 

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over £50 in the UK.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the UK, providing that there are no courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. 

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 6PM GMT. This excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays. 

International Shipping Notice: 

Please note that customers purchasing outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the total price displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
