  • "Do you accept returns?"

    Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, providing that the item(s) haven't been used, worn, or altered and are in their original condition. Final sale items, as well as certain underwear items are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • "I have received an incorrect or damaged item, what should I do?"

    We’re so sorry to hear that you were sent an incorrect item and we want to ensure that this is resolved for you as quickly as possible. Please send us an email on contact@anude.co.uk and include your order number and a photo of what you have received so that we can assist you.
