Custom made items are non-refundable.

Yes. Pre-order quantities are limited. Once the allocated quantity has been reached, the item may become unavailable or may not return in future collections.

Due to the nature of certain fabrics, prints and handcrafted details, slight variations may occur between garments. These characteristics are part of the individuality of each piece and should not be considered defects.

For the best results, always refer to the care label attached to your garment, as care requirements may vary between styles.
